My Role And Responsibility
All businesses are required to comply with GPDR which means that whoever runs it is required by law to adhere to the rules regarding protection, processing and control of your personal data. This Means That: I am legally bound to ensure your marketing data is used in accordance with GDPR and to ensure that it is used for its intended purpose - in this case sending you email and marketing newsletters and delivery of goods and services. I have to ensure the security of your data by keeping anti-virus, spyware, malware protection up-to-date and with comprehensive password protection and back-up systems. I also enable a Safe Browsing VPN feature which means that my location cannot be traced. I have to ensure that your data is fully erased if you request it. I have to keep records of consent in a secure manner, should proof be required.

How I Will Use Your Personal / business Data And What It Will Be Used For

Online/offline purchases of goods and services: Customer names, address and contact information will be used for delivery of goods and services by third parties - Royal Mail group, My Hermes, DPD.

Please make sure you notify us with in 7 days from receiving your order that you wish to return the item/items. Please make sure that the item/items being returned are in the original packaging they came in and is all complete and undamaged. If you are wanting to return a damaged item then please take a picture of the item as it was received with in the packaging but If we feel that the item has been damaged deliberately we may not refund or replace the item. Return postage is to be paid by the customer and the item will be replaced if possible or refunded.

You can request to cancel an order within the first 24 Hours as we have a picking and packaging time. After 24 Hours we do not accept cancellation on any order due to the item being processed for collection by our currier service.
